Tips for Thanksgiving

As we enter into November, I'm reminded of the importance of gratitude and positivity. At 47, I've come to realize that I've never lost anything, because everything I've encountered has been a gift and a lesson. Life is too short for sadness and misery. I've learned to focus on the good, and to live each day to the fullest with a positive attitude.

Tips for  Daily Gratitude Practice

To cultivate positivity, I start my day by saying out loud:

  1. Three things I'm thankful for
  2. One positive change I want to work on for the day
  3. My daily affirmations to produce a desired outcome

By focusing on what I'm grateful for and what I want to achieve, I set a positive tone for the day. When you embrace positivity, you attract more positivity back into your life.

Life is precious, and every moment is an opportunity to grow and learn. By shifting my perspective and focusing on the good, I've found that I don't need to be anything other than exactly what I want to be. I'm grateful for this journey, and I'm excited to see what the future holds."
